York County School Division Family Portal

The YCSD Family Portal is open to all schools.

The York County School Division Family Portal is an online tool that allows you to monitor your child's progress in school. It gives you instant access to your child's grades and other information anytime and anywhere you have Internet access.

 As a parent/guardian, you can:

  • View the most current information about your student's academic performance such as grades and quarterly averages.

  • See student schedules.

  • Access daily and class attendance information.

  • Review family information, such as emergency contacts.

  • Request optional automatic notification of attendance and grades.

The York County School Division utilizes Aspen to manage student information.  Aspen is a secure Student Information Management System created by X2 Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Follett Software Company.  

The system was developed and tested with great care to ensure that student information is kept confidential and that only you, and authorized school personnel, can view your child's information.
